621.11 When a Household Makes an Overpayment on a Claim (FSM)

OSI ignores a household’s current eligibility status and repays households as soon as possible after a household has overpaid for an overissuance. OSI notifies the household and the District Office of the overpaid amount in writing. The District Office restores lost benefits in the amount of the overpayment.
