701.09 Community Mental Health Centers (FSM)

Individuals may use food stamps to purchase meals prepared for them by a public community mental health center when both conditions below are true:

• the individual is receiving drug addiction or alcoholism rehabilitation at the center, and

• the center is funded by and meets the requirements of part B of Title XIX of the Public Health Service.
