SNAP Work Requirements

A nonexempt individual who refuses or fails to comply with SNAP work requirements, without good cause, is ineligible to receive SNAP and is considered an ineligible household member. The disqualification applies only to the individual who has refused or failed to comply, not to the entire household.

 

SNAP E&T

There are no sanctions placed on individuals who choose not to participate in the SNAP Employment & Training (SNAP E&T) program.
