Parent — a biological, adoptive, or stepparent, or an individual acting in the place of a parent such as a foster parent or legal guardian.

Personal Property — a form of cash or an item which can readily be converted to cash, i.e., liquid asset.

Probation and Parole Violators — individuals who are violating a condition of probation or parole under Federal or State law.

Proof — documentation or information which establishes the accuracy of statements made by the individual.

Processing Month — the month in which computer entries are made.

Pure SSI Household — a household in which all members are SSI recipients.
