235.01 Definition of Group Living Arrangement SR 94-04 Dated 04/94

Group living arrangement means a public or private nonprofit residential facility that serves no more than 16 residents and is certified under Section 1616(e) of the Social Security Act. In New Hampshire, the following facilities are certified according to the standards of Section 1616(e):

• child caring institutions and group homes;

• community residences;

• foster family care homes; and

• residential care facilities.
