235.09 Decertified Group Living Arrangements SR 94-04 Dated 04/94

When a group living arrangement is decertified or otherwise loses eligibility under the provisions of Section 1616(e), terminate Food Stamp eligibility, without advance notice, for all residents of the group living arrangement.
