307 INSTITUTIONS SR 94-04 Dated 04/94

An institution is an establishment furnishing food, shelter, and some treatment or services to two or more persons unrelated to the proprietor. Residential care facilities, community residences, shelters for the homeless and battered women, and drug or alcohol treatment centers are not institutions.
