315.07 Informing the Household about Voluntary Quit SR 10-10 Dated 07/10

When households apply for Food Stamp benefits, advise them of the consequences of voluntarily quitting a job without good cause.

Give a separate DFA Form *77d, Food Stamp Program, to each household member who is subject to voluntary quit and work registration requirements.
