315.11 Reapplication/Reinstatement after Voluntary Quit SR 16-16 Dated 07/16

A Food Stamp household member remains disqualified for the full minimum mandatory disqualification period.

When an otherwise eligible individual has been disqualified at application due to voluntarily quitting employment within the *30 days prior to application, and the disqualification period has ended, include the individual as a household member effective with the first allotment issued following the end of the disqualification period.
