709.25 Receipt of Coupons after a Report of Nonreceipt SR 94-04, 04/94 (FSM-A)

When a household receives its coupon allotment after nonreceipt of the allotment has been reported and processed, take the following actions:

1.  When the coupons have already been replaced, void the late coupons and send them to BDM attached to Form FNS 135.

2.  Enter returned coupons on Form 475, Coupon Log.

3.  When the coupons were lost in the mail and subsequently recovered, write a memo to BDM indicating the recovery and that no further investigation is required.

4.  Ensure that the household has not spent both the original and the replacement allotment. If so, begin claim proceedings.
