PLANNING ANALYST / PROGRAM COORDINATOR
NEW HAMPSHIRE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES
Office of Business Operations / Brown Building / Concord
Starting Salary Range: $42,841.50 - $50,914.50
SCOPE OF WORK: To manage and supervise the collection, analysis, reporting, and interpretation of community mental health center contract performance measures and individual client outcomes data for use in the planning and management of the community mental health service delivery system. To provide technical assistance and training to community mental health programs in the implementation and development of sustainability plans for client level outcomes measures.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Master's degree from a recognized college or university with a major study in health care administration or public administration, or related policy development field.
Experience: Three years' professional experience in a planning capacity at the state or local level in the area of program development, coordination or plan development. Each additional year of approved work experience may be substituted for one year of required formal education at the graduate level only.
License/Certification: Valid driver's license and/or access to transportation for use in statewide travel.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who possess a background in the direct provision of mental health or community mental health services.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: For appointment consideration, Planning Analyst (Program Coordination) applicants must successfully participate in a structured interview measuring possession of knowledge, skills and abilities. Applicants responses to questions in the structured interview will be numerically rated.
Employees will be required to pay an agency/union fee.
