247.01 Disqualified Individuals (MAM)

Although there are public assistance programs such as SNAP that disqualify fleeing felons and violators of probation and parole from receiving benefits, Medicaid currently does not have any similar disqualification. Fleeing felons and violators of probation or parole continue to be eligible for medical assistance, provided all other program requirements are met.
