263.09 Who Is Not Eligible for RMA (MAM)

Refugees who are students in post-secondary institutions are ineligible for RMA unless the individual’s studies are part of their refugee work program. The NH Refugee Coordinator will alert DFA if the individual’s studies are part of their refugee work program.
