Refugee Medical Assistance (RMA) provides medical assistance, including In and Out RMA, for up to 12 months following the refugee's arrival in the US, to eligible refugees who are not categorically eligible for a regular BFA medical assistance program.

RMA is provided to help eligible refugees become self-sufficient as quickly as possible after settling in NH. The program is administered by the NH Refugee Coordinator, in coordination with the Bureau of Family Assistance.
