Enhanced Primary Care Rates

New Hampshire will not continue the enhanced rates required for calendar years 2013 and 2014, under Section 1202 of the Affordable Care Act (Primary Care Rate Increase) beyond December 31, 2014. The rates for those codes which were paid the enhanced rate in calendar year 2013 and 2014 will revert back to the rates which were paid prior to January 1, 2013. It is expected that the lump sum payout for Quarter 4 of 2014 will be paid by March 1, 2015, for those providers who have submitted attestation forms prior to December 31, 2014.
