105.07 Willful Withholding of Information (AAM)

Refer a case to the Office of Special Investigations (OSI) if the individual willfully withheld information. Willful withholding of information is defined as intentional misstatements (either written or oral), misrepresentation, or intentional failure by the individual to report within 10 calendar days any circumstances which affect eligibility or the level of assistance. See the General Manual, Item 21a, Recipient Fraud.
