Convert income, disregards, and deductions that are not received or paid monthly to a monthly amount. Use one of the following methods:

• multiply weekly amounts by 4.33,

• multiply biweekly amounts by 2.17,

• multiply semimonthly amounts by 2, or

• average amounts received for a period of more than one month e.g., divide yearly income by 12.
