This Request for Applications is published to solicit applications to administer a Pre-Admission Screening Resident Review (PASRR) process in accordance with state and federal rules, laws and regulations, for all individuals seeking admission to or currently residing in a nursing facility. The selected Applicant will provide medical, psychological, and/or psychiatric consultant services for evaluating claims of disability, and will conduct nursing facility Level of Care (LOC) determinations for Medicaid payments to nursing facilities and home and community-based care agencies.
