Workforce Development for Treating Tobacco Use and Dependence
 
Description This Request for Proposals (RFP) is published to solicit proposals from Vendors to coordinate and facilitate meetings with select Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) health care systems, within Grafton and Sullivan Counties, who oversee clinical education and/or quality improvement in order to increase the number of clinical and treatment workforce personnel who are knowledgeable of the five (5) tobacco treatment on-line learning modules at QuitWorksNH.org and to increase the number of New Hampshire health systems following the U.S. Public Health Service Clinical Practice Guideline Treating Tobacco Use and Dependence 2008 Update recommendations.
