NH Refugee School Impact Program
Description The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Office of Health Equity (OHE), is accepting applications from experienced vendors to assist refugee students in Concord, Manchester and Nashua, who are within one (1) year of arrival to the United States, to achieve improved academic performance and social adjustment.
