| Description | The Multi-State Consortium (MSC) is composed of the WIC programs for the States of Hawaii, Kansas, New Hampshire and the Inter Tribal Council of Arizona (ITCA). The MSC is seeking proposals from organizations interested in performing dedicated Project Manager (PM) Services for Maintenance and Enhancement (M&E) of the MSC Management Information System (MIS). On behalf of the MSC, State of Hawaii WIC is the lead state for the MSCPM procurement solicitation. |
