| Description | This Request for Proposals (RFP) is published to solicit proposals for the provision of community-based nutrition, feeding and swallowing services for children, birth to age twenty-one (21), with special health care needs, and their families. The Department is seeking a Vendor with demonstrated experience in overseeing and participating in a Comprehensive Nutrition, and Feeding and Swallowing Network (NFSN). |
