ServiceLink Request For Applications - Public Comment
The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) is seeking public input on its plan to solicit request for applications (RFA) from qualified organizations to deliver Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) ServiceLink services from ten (10) geographic areas of the state. ServiceLink services assist all populations, including those over age 60, and adults with physical, intellectual, developmental disability or mental illness by 1.) improving access to information on the full range of long term supports and services and 2.) improving access to public programs, including the Medicaid long term support programs and benefits. The contract period will begin on July 1, 2020 and will continue through June 30, 2022, with options to renew through 2025.

DHHS has expanded the current ServiceLink scope to include the provision of Nursing Facility Level of Care (NH Medicaid Medical Eligibility Assessment) determinations and PASSR (Preadmission Screening and Resident Review – Levels I and II).

In order to obtain public input prior to initiating the competitive process for the ServiceLink contracts, DHHS is releasing the draft Request for Applications (RFA), so that all stakeholders and the public will have the opportunity to see and comment on the State’s plans for the ServiceLink system.
