1. Take the NH-111 exit, Exit 5, toward NH-111A/Nashua/Pepperell.
2. Merge onto NH-111 via the ramp on the left.
3. Take the US-3-N ramp toward Merrimack/Manchester.
4. Take Exit 5-A/Simon St.
5. Turn left onto Simon St.
6. Take the first left onto Whipple St.
7. 26 Whipple St. is the last building on the right.
   

From Southeastern NH:

1. Start out going southwest on NH-11/Ferry St. toward Derry St.
2. Turn slight left onto NH-111/E. Hollis St. (will become W. Hollis St. at intersection of Main St.)
3. Turn right onto Simon St.
4. Take the first left onto Whipple St.
5. 26 Whipple St. is the last building on the right.
