Food Protection Announces Statewide Training Events for New Food Rules

The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Division of Public Health Services, Food Protection Section is announcing the release of revisions to He-P 2300, the NH Rules for the Sanitary Production and Distribution of Food to incorporate the US Food and Drug Administration 2017 Food Code by reference.

The Food Protection Section will be rolling out these new rules over the next 12 months. Food establishment personnel can learn about the new rules by attending a free training that will be offered at locations around the State or by participating in the live recorded webinar to be held on Wednesday, December 4th, 10:00am-12:00pm.

All establishments that have a food license from the State of New Hampshire are encouraged to send a representative to one of these trainings.
