National Infant Immunization Week banner

National Infant Immunization Week (NIIW) is an annual observance to highlight the importance of protecting infants from vaccine-preventable diseases and to celebrate the achievements of immunization programs and their partners in promoting healthy communities.

National Infant Immunization Week is the perfect time to learn about the vaccines your baby needs! Visit the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC’s) For Parents: Vaccines for Your Children website to learn about the 14 diseases vaccines prevent, view the latest immunization schedule, and get tips on how to comfort your baby during vaccine visits.
