LabOnline Services
LabOnline is a self-service online platform for enrolled New Hampshire Public Health Laboratories (PHL) clients that provides an authorized PHL user with access to order tests, track sample progression and view results securely. The LabOnline system works directly with the New Hampshire Public Health Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) to import and export real time data.

Account Types
- Specimen Submitter – order tests and see what tests have been ordered.
- Report Recipient - order tests and access reports. We recommend two to three report recipients per facility to ensure coverage.
