All State WIC Programs are required by the US Department of Agriculture Food and Nutrition Services to start planning for EBT, or electronic benefits transfer system, by 2020. In New Hampshire planning is underway including presentations on EBT or eWIC for families, clinic staff/local agencies, and vendors.
