WIC State Plan
The New Hampshire State Plan of Operations and Administration for the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) is submitted annually by August 15th to the US Department of Agriculture, Food and Nutrition Service for approval of program operations.
The most recently approved State Plan for Federal Fiscal Year 2021, October 1, 2020-September 30,2021, provides detailed plans for vendor management, nutrition services, information systems, organization and management, nutrition services and administration expenditures, food funds management, caseload management, certification, eligibility and coordination of services, food delivery and food instrument accountability and control, monitoring and audits, and civil rights.

Comment and feedback on the NH WIC State Plan may be at any time throughout the year and will be considered for the following year’s State Plan. To provide comments on the State Plan submit all comments in writing to:
