The goal of the NH DSRIP demonstration is to support the development and implementation of integrated delivery networks (IDNs) to improve the physical and behavioral health of Medicaid beneficiaries and reduce health care costs. The DSRIP Quality Performance measures will track project implementation, clinical quality, utilization indicators, validate IDN performance for incentive payments, and allow progress toward Alternative Payment Models. Funding in the fourth and fifth year will be entirely based on these performance measures. The DSRIP Quality Performance program is administered by the Office of Quality Assurance and Improvement in close conjunction with the Office of Medicaid Services and the DSRIP project team.

Documents below are overview presentations regarding the DSRIP Quality Performance measures and the most current version of measure specifications and other information as needed for IDNs, stakeholders, and the public to understand quality and performance monitoring for the program. The DSRIP processes and outcomes have been approved by CMS and are part of the DSRIP Planning Protocols.
