925.01 Exceptions to the Two-Year Lifetime Limit (Secondary/Basic Education)

Allow payments for child care services for all eligible parents regardless of the length of time necessary to complete any of the following basic education programs so long as the individual is making satisfactory progress:

High School Diploma;

●

English as a Second Language (ESL);

●

General Educational Development (GED); or

●

Adult Basic Education (ABE),

 

Satisfactory progress means that the individual is meeting the minimum standards set by an organization or agency, or an educational or training facility, which measures a person's proficiency level in an activity and ability to complete the activity in a timely manner.
