945 RECOUPMENT OF OVERPAYMENT (FAM)

Refer the child care case to the Special Investigations Unit (SIU) when the parent or child care provider has failed to abide by the rules set forth in He-C 6910.

The SIU will determine if the overpayment was solely the fault of the child care provider or the parent or if both were in collusion. Funds may be recouped from the party or parties responsible.
