800 TRAINING, EDUCATION, AND EMPLOYMENT (FSM)

SNAP Work Requirements:

All SNAP recipients aged 16 through 59 must comply with the general SNAP work requirements, unless exempt. See PART 801, SNAP WORK REQUIREMENTS, for more information.

ABAWD Work Requirements:

All SNAP recipients, aged 18 through 52, who are fit to work and do not have a minor child in their household, must comply with ABAWD work requirements, unless exempt. See PART 245, ABLE-BODIED ADULTS WITHOUT DEPENDENTS, for more information.

SNAP Employment & Training (SNAP E&T) Program:

SNAP E&T is a voluntary program available to SNAP recipients with the goal of helping individuals support their families by accepting and retaining employment. See PART 819, SNAP EMPLOYMENT & TRAINING PURPOSE & ACTIVITIES, for more information.
