303.13 Qualified Aliens with Restricted Eligibility Based on Date of Entry into the U.S. (MAM)

__________________________________________________________________

The following qualified aliens are EITHER:

Eligible, if residing in the U.S. on or before 8/22/96; OR

Ineligible for 5 years from date of entry into the U.S., when such entry occurred on or after 8/23/96:

- Lawfully admitted permanent residents regardless of work history;

- Conditional entrants;

- Parolees; and

- Victims of battering or extreme cruelty (family/domestic violence).

All of the above may be eligible after the 5-year period if all other eligibility criteria are met.
