317.13 Death of Recipient and Reimbursements (MAM)

When a recipient dies and the case is closed, New HEIGHTS automatically sends notification to Office of Operation Support - Estate Recoveries Unit (OOS-ERU).

Retain any closed case record that has potential recovery in a separate file at the District Office until the estate is settled. Mark the file Recovery in bold print on the front of the file followed by the date of case/individual closing.
