627.07 Allocation for Expenses Incurred Outside of the Nursing Facility (MAM)

Allow an individual residing in a nursing facility to allocate income to meet actual expenses incurred or to be incurred outside of the facility the month the individual enters or leaves the nursing facility.

Allocate an amount of income, equal to the actual verified amount, for costs incurred outside of the nursing facility for either the first or last month of institutionalization.
