Concord, NH – The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) has announced a date change for the Concord public information session on the Ten-Year Mental Health Plan. The Concord public information session will now be held from 6:00 to 7:30 pm on November 15, in the Auditorium at DHHS Division of Public Health Services Auditorium, 29 Hazen Drive, Concord, NH.

The new date of November 15th will allow the Department to incorporate feedback received during previous sessions and ensure the Ten-Year Mental Health Plan accurately reflects public comments on what the Plan should include. DHHS expects to post a proposed draft of the Ten-Year Mental Health Plan on the DHHS website on or around October 29th. The new date for the Concord session will give the public the opportunity to review the draft and provide comments during the Concord session and the ensuing public comment period.

If accommodations are needed for communication access such as interpreters, CART (captioning), assistive listening devices, or other auxiliary aids and/or services, please contact Laura Rebolledo at 603-271-9544 or Laura.Rebolledo@dhhs.nh.gov 5 business days before a public input session. At least 5 business days advance notice is requested in order to assure availability; requests made fewer than 5 days prior to the event will attempt to be accommodated but cannot be guaranteed.
