DHHS will hold the 11 Public Forums throughout the State to allow individuals enrolled in the NHHPP, community organizations, providers, and other stakeholders to engage with DHHS on the transition to Medicaid Care Management.

Granite Advantage Health Care Program Public Forums Presentation Adobe Acrobat Reader Symbol

DHHS has announced both new and updated dates and locations for public forums to introduce the Granite Advantage Health Care Program, the new health insurance program for people enrolled in expanded Medicaid.

Newly scheduled public forums will be held in Conway, Colebrook, Claremont, Portsmouth and Keene. In addition, the schedule for forums in Concord, Laconia and Littleton has been updated. The dates, times and locations for the new and rescheduled public forums are:

At least 5 business days advance notice is requested in order to assure availability; requests made fewer than 5 days prior to the event will attempt to be accommodated but cannot be guaranteed.
