Social Services Block Grant (SSBG) Public Notice

Public notice on the application by the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services for federal funds to plan and provide services to individuals under the Social Services Block Grant (SSBG) authorized in Title XX, Subtitle A, of the Social Security Act (SSA).

The SSBG application is the plan state’s plan for SSBG-funded services to be provided in SFY 2023. The SSBG Application includes two parts: The Intended Use Plan and the SSBG Pre- Expenditure Report. Copies of the proposed application will be available at the meeting or as a hard copy upon request from:
