NH SUD 1115 Waiver Annual Report

Notice is hereby given that the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services will provide the annual report on the New Hampshire Section 1115(a) Medicaid demonstration, Substance Use Disorder Treatment and Recovery Access Adobe Acrobat Reader Symbol (SUD-TRA) (Project Number 11-W-00321/1) Section 1115(a) Medicaid Waiver per STC 32, to afford the public with an opportunity to provide comment on the progress of the waiver demonstration.

The Public Forum will be held at the next meeting of the Medical Care Advisory Committee on:

Notice is hereby given that the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services will provide the annual report on the New Hampshire Section 1115(a) Medicaid Waiver, known as the Delivery System Reform Incentive Program (DSRIP), or “Building Capacity for Transformation” waiver, per STC 10(e), to afford the public with an opportunity to provide comment on the progress of the waiver demonstration.
