New Hampshire Child Placing / Foster Care Agencies
There are a number of NH child placing agencies that work alongside NH DCYF to provide placement options and services to children and their families.
These agencies are licensed to recruit and license foster families to provide Individual Services Options (ISO) foster care. Foster Care families who choose to work with a child placing agency must adhere to the NH Foster Family Care Licensing Requirements He-C 6446 and any additional requirements of the agency. NH RSA 170-E:24-49 governs the operation of child-placing agencies.
