Public notice on the application by the Department of Health and Human Services for federal funds to plan for and provide services to infants and toddlers with disabilities ages birth through two years as provided for under Part C of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA, reauthorized 2004), is provided during the period: March 22, 2024 to May 21, 2024. Read the proposed application and the revised General Education Provisions Act (GEPA) form or request a hard copy from: Nicole Bushaw, Bureau for Family Centered Services, 129 Pleasant Street, Concord, NH 03301 or via email. FFY21 Annual Performance Report

New Hampshire’s Part C, Family Centered Early Supports and Services (FCESS) State Performance Plan (SPP)/Annual Performance Report (APR) and OSEPs determination letter is available for review on the IDEA Office of Special Education Program’s (OSEP) website. Once you select New Hampshire on the drop down, you can view the “2023 SPP/APR and State Determination Letters PART C – New Hampshire”, issued on June 21, 2023, and a word document of NH’s 2023 SPP/APR Submission for Part C. The SPP/APR describes how the department made determinations for Grant Year 2021-2022. Also available is OSEP’s response to the NH’s SPP/APR 2023 submission.
