The NH Cancer Partnership is a CDC-funded program that looks at the burden of cancer in New Hampshire, implements strategies, and creates plans to control it.
The NH Cancer Partnership is a CDC-funded program that enables all 50 states, the District of Colombia, eight tribal groups, and seven US Associated Pacific Islands/Territories to:
- Maintain a state cancer coalition
- Look at the burden of cancer in New Hampshire
- Implement proven strategies for cancer control
- Create cancer plans and put them into action

Committees
Committee meetings will combine educational presentations, networking, and determining action steps. The seven committees are:
- Conference Planning
- Early Detection and Screening
- Prevention
- Policy
- Steering
- Survivorship
- Treatment
Chairs:
Time commitment: 2-5 hours/month
Meeting Frequency: Monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly.
Members:
Time commitment: Up to 2 hours/month
Meeting Frequency: Monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly.
Subcommittees
The Subcommittees will work on action-oriented projects to implement the work of each of the Committees, based on evidence-based interventions.

Members:
Time commitment: Up to 2 hours/month
Meeting Frequency: Monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly.
General Membership
Attending annual conference and/or receiving email and newsletter distribution.
Time Commitment: Less than 1 hour/month
