"Ask the Question" Initiative

The “Ask the Question” (ATQ) Initiative is designed for providers of all services across New Hampshire to ask their clients “Have you or a family member ever served in the military?” and to provide information, assistance, and tailored support if the answer is “Yes”.  ATQ has been successfully implemented by individual providers, agencies, businesses, and organizations across the Granite State and the nation.

The NH Care Connections Network recognizes importance of “Ask the Question” by including this question as part of the screening intake process within its network of services.
