NH Care Connections: Logging into PointClickCare
Information about logging into the PointClickCare web portal
Please note that in order to log into the PointClickCare Portal, your organization will need to provision portal access for you.
If your organization has enabled Single Sign On (SSO) with PCC, you will need to access the PCC portal through the unique link provided by your organization. Also, some PCC products, such as the Emergency Department Optimization solution, can be integrated with an organization's electronic medical record (EMR) system, minimizing the need to go to PCC's web-based portal.
