Family Planning Annual Reporting (FPAR)
The Family Planning Annual Report (FPAR) is an annual reporting requirement for Title X projects and is used for the purposes of monitoring and reporting program performance.
Education and Training Resources for Family Planning Agencies
The following resources provide guidance on a variety of family planning and related health topics and are available to all family planning health care providers and agencies.
- The Family Planning National Training Center (FPNTC) offers trainings that ensure personnel have the knowledge, skill and attitudes necessary to effectively deliver high quality family planning services. The FPNTC offers trainings that strengthen the capacity of the Title X network by building on existing resources that address the needs of Title X grantees and its providers.
- The National Clinical Training Center for Family Planning (NCTCFP) provides clinical training for family planning providers, including nurse practitioners, certified nurse midwives, physicians, and physician assistants. The available clinical webinars cover a variety of family planning topics including LARC, billing and coding, preceptor trainings, and contraceptive and STD updates.

Title X Family Planning Program Overview
The Title X Family Planning Program ["Population Research and Voluntary Family Planning Programs" (Public Law 91-572)] was enacted in 1970 as Title X of the Public Health Service Act to assist individuals in determining the number and spacing of their children through the provision of affordable, voluntary family planning services. It is currently the only Federal program dedicated solely to providing individuals with comprehensive family planning and related preventive health services. The Title X program is administered by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Office of the Assistant Secretary for Health (OASH), Office of Populations Affairs (OPA), and currently funds Title X family planning service grantees across the nation who support hundreds of sub-grantees and thousands of service sites.
The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services (NH DHHS), Division of Public Health Services (DPHS), New Hampshire Family Planning Program (NH FPP), is a grantee of Title X funds in the state. Sub-grantees receive Title X funds directly from the NH FPP to provide high-quality family planning and preventive health care services on a voluntary and confidential basis to all who want and need services, with priority given to persons from low-income families. The NH FPP has partnered with independent health care organizations for nearly 50 years to ensure the continuous provision of high quality family planning services across the state.
