Therapeutic Cannabis Medical Oversight Board
The purpose of the Therapeutic Cannabis Medical Oversight Board is to monitor and contribute to the oversight of the clinical, quality, and public health related matters of the use of cannabis for therapeutic purposes.
The Therapeutic Cannabis Medical Oversight Board is established pursuant to RSA 126-X:12. The Medical Oversight Board is made up of 13 members, including 10 medical providers representing a variety of clinical fields, as well as the Department’s Medical Director, a qualifying patient, and a clinical representative of an Alternative Treatment Center.
