The NH Department of Health and Human Services data portal is an interactive website that enables users to browse, analyze and download data on health and social services.

The NH Health and Human Services data portal is an interactive website aggregating public health data and producing customized reports, maps and time trend analysis. Developed by the Division of Public Health Services (DPHS), this site aggregates many different source datasets containing hundreds of health related indicators.

Data is organized around health and environmental topics. Users may access data using interactive dashboards. The dashboards contain preselected key indicators that are customizable to explore data more fully allowing users to change measure, time period, geography and demographics. Each indicator will have up to four slides displaying the information 1) by trend showing changes from year to year, 2) by chart showing relative differences, and 3) by map showing geographical differences. Tables on each slide allow data to be exported from the portal for further analysis.

The data provided may be used to:

  • Support policy changes

Program Information

The NH Health and Human Services Data Portal, formerly known as NH Health WISDOM, was developed to increase to access to public health data and understanding of public health problems. In June 2021, a new customer-centric data portal was launched organized by topic and categorized by themes, providing convenient search options and access to a data catalog.

The data portal was created by the Division of Public Health Services and is maintained in collaboration with the Department of Information Technology and the Bureau of Information Services.
