Area Agency staff, Provider Agency staff and Independent Service Coordination Agency staff are invited to join the Bureau of Developmental Services for an interactive session to discuss readiness for the July 1, 2023 compliance date for the NH Conflict of Interest (COI) Corrective Action Plan (CAP) which also requires compliance with federal Direct Billing requirements. The final 30 minutes of the meeting will be reserved for a general question and answer session.
