Division for Children, Youth and Families
The purpose of this RFP is to contract with one Statewide vendor to provide Therapeutic Foster Care (TFC) placement on behalf of the Division for Children, Youth and Families (DCYF) in a family setting with therapeutic treatment and family supports to children. Eligible children will demonstrate chronic mental, emotional, physical, or behavioral problems that require individual supervision and consistent programmatic structure, in a treatment intensive family environment.
